Our last day in Australia

English: Our last day in Australia... We had mixed feelings, too many options and we had no idea what to do. We wanted to go the Blue Mountains, to Manly and we wanted to take pictures of the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. After dicussing our options, we decided to go to Manly and honestly, I have zero regrets. It was a sunny and warm day, and it was amazing.

Español: Nuestro último día en Australia... Teníamos sentimientos encontrados, demasiadas opciones y no sabíamos qué hacer. Queríamos ir a Blue Mountains, queríamos ir a Manly y queríamos tomar fotos del Opera House y del Harbour Bridge. Al final, decidimos ir a Manly y la verdad, es que no nos arrepentimos ni un segundo. El día estaba espectacular y la verdad, es que si hubiésemos sabido, nos hubiésemos puesto el traje de baño y hubiésemos pasado todo el día echados en la playa.

English: To get there, you have to take the ferry at Circular Quay (you can check the fares here). The trip is 37 minutes long, but if it's sunny and warm, it flies by. And if you sit outside, the view is amazing. When we got there, we walked around and enjoyed the view.

Español: Para llegar allá, hay que tomar el ferry en Circular Quay (pueden revisar las tarifas aquí). El viaje dura 37 minutos, pero si el día está espectacular pasa rapidísimo; y si te sientas afuera, la vista es espectacular durante todo el viaje. Llegamos y lo que hicimos fue caminar y disfrutar la vista.

English: We went back to Circular Quay and went straight to the Pylon Lookout. The admission ticket is AUD 13 and it includes a "free" picture (of course it's "free", they charging it in your ticcket, hahaha). The Pylon Lookout is a museum that tells the story of how the Harbour Bridge was built and at the top, it has an amazing lookout where you can take amazing pictures.

Español: Regresamos a Circular Quay y fuimos directo al Pylon Lookout. La entrada cuesta AUD 13 y te incluye una foto "gratis" (digo "gratis" porque te la están cobrando con la entrada, jajaja). El Pylon Lookout es un museo que te cuenta la historia de como construyeron el Harbour Bridge y al final tiene un mirador donde puedes tomar muchas fotos.

English: After that, it was getting late, so we headed to last place we went in Australia, the Royal Botanic Gardens, more specifically, to Mrs Macquarie's Chair.From here you have a perfect view of the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. We stayed there, past the sunset, taking pictures and admiring the sunset. It was the perfect ending to our trip.

Español: Después de eso, ya se estaba haciendo tarde, así que decidimos ir al último lugar que iríamos en Australia, el Royal Botanic Gardens, específicamente, a Mrs Macquarie's Chair. Es un lugar que queda en el jardín donde puedes ver PERFECTO el Opera House y el Harbour Bridge. Ahí, estuvimos hasta la noche, tomando fotos y admirando el atardecer. Definitivamente puedo decir que cerramos nuestro viaje con broche de oro.
