English: After Cape Tribulation's fiasco we got back to Cairns to pack and leave to our first of many destinations: Airlie Beach. We picked up our new travel companion: the Jucy Campervan and we drove 10 hours to get to Magnums Hotel -we paid AUD 24 the night on a powered site-.

English: Next day, we cheked in at Oz Sail to take our trip to the Whitsundays on board of the Avatar, which is an amazing trimaran -not your average catamaran, the only one in the Whitsundays, according to their site-. The crew is amazing as well as the FOOD! They keep you all pampered and happy from the moment you step on board.
FYI: If you're like me, that you get seasick, they have ginger cookies on board, which works on your stomach instead of messing with your head -that's how the pills work, they mess with your head-, please don't spend your money on pills, ginger works better. Make sure you have heaps of ginger somethings, and you'll be good. Also the Avatar it's pretty still, so you won't feel a thing.
Español: Al día siguiente, nos chequeamos en Oz Sail para salir hacia las Islas Whitsundays a bordo del Avatar, que es un excelente trimaran -no es un catamarán normal, según su web es el único en Whitsundays-. La tripulación es lo máximo y la COMIDA, Dios mío, LA COMIDA, es lo máximo. Te consienten y te mantienen feliz desde que pones un pie a bordo.
Recomendación: Si son como yo y se marean por todo, tienen galletas de jengibre a bordo. El jengibre trabaja en tu estómago en vez de en tu cabeza -que es donde trabajan las pastillas-. No gasten su dinero en pastillas, el jengibre funciona mejor. Asegúrate de tomar millones de toneladas de cosas que tengan jengibre y vas a estar bien. El Avatar es muy quieto, no se mueve casi, así que no vas a sentir nada.
English: The tour is 2 days and 2 nights -weird, right?-. Second day we woke up at sunrise and we were the first people on Whitehaven Beach -the perks of being an early bird-, it's pretty much heaven on earth! The sand is white but that is because it consist of silica, you feel like you're walking on wheat flour. And it doesn't retain heat, so you can walk barefoot and your feet won't get burn, it's amazing.
Español: El tour es 2 días y 2 noches -sí, es extraño, pero es así-. El segundo día nos levantamos al amanecer y fuimos los primeros en llegar a Whitehaven Beach -el paraíso en la tierra-, la arena es blanca porque está compuesta de sílice, sientes que estás caminando en harina, es lo máximo. Y además no se calienta, porque no es arena normal, es sílice.

Español: Básicamente eso fue todo, porque llegamos a la marina a las 9.30 am y desde ahí teníamos que ir manejando hacia 1770. Nos vemos allá.
